Friday morning and the Easterlies are just starting...although don't look too favourable for NW Norfolk.
It's a beautiful morning though and there are signs of movement, with birds in sheltered spots. I parked at the first car park and walked through the dunes to the Obs and back.
The highlight was a very pale backed Lesser Whitethroat, presumably one of the possible Eastern birds recently reported here. I really need to take out my camera and get some proper record shots...
A family party of Grey Partridges were good to see and a Wheatear amongst the dunes a pleasant surprise.
